You can pay for the service in two ways:
- connection of a subscription to a tariff from a bank card;
- replenishment of the balance of the personal account and the subsequent payment of the tariff from the balance.
Tariff subscription (recurring payment)
1) Click on the name of your tariff in the top panel of your personal account or on the inscription “Your tariff has ended” (depending on the situation)
2). In the tariff management section that opens, select the tariff you need and click the “Renew subscription” button.
You will see a window for entering bank card details. Enter the details and confirm the payment.
If you do not wish to renew the recurring payment, you can disable this function in the tariff management at any time.
Disable subscription (recurring payment)
1). Enter your mail and find a letter about the successful payment of the tariff.
2). Click on the lower link in the letter to disable auto-sleep.
After these actions, auto-writing from your card will be disabled.
To make sure that the tariff is disabled, click on the name of the tariff in the upper right of your account (or on the inscription “Tariff has ended”):

1). Click on the checkmark next to the profile photo in the upper right of your account and in the menu that opens, click on the blue wallet (Personal Account).
2). In the section that opens, click the “Account replenishment” button.
3). Enter the amount required to pay for the tariff, enter your bank card details and click “pay”.
After successful replenishment of the Personal Account (this will be seen by the amount changed in the wallet), go to the tariff management (to do this, click on the name of your tariff in the top panel of your personal account or on the inscription “Your tariff has ended”) select the tariff you need in the section that opens and click the button “Pay from a personal account”.
Your tariff will be activated.

Reminders of the end of the tariff are sent by mail 5 days before the end date.
If your account is not paid, then all pages, forms, mailings and other customized processes stop working.
At the same time, no data is deleted from the account.
The only nuance is to store video in a negative balance.
