In the sub-section of Orders, a summary is provided for orders made through the store.

The form allows you to:

  • view summary information on orders
  • view and edit detailed information for each orders
  • export the list of orders
  • form a new order
  • set up reminder letters about payment

Summary information

The following information is displayed at the top of the page:

  • total number of orders
  • orders awaiting payment
  • confirmed orders
  • paid invoices
  • prepayments made
  • income ((Revenue minus Costs set in the product settings)
  • profit (Revenues minus the Commission (co-author, partner, Call-center) minus Returns without prepayment)
  • amount of partner payments
  • payments to the call center
  • co-authored fees
  • refunds to customers

If some options are not used, for example, there are no collaborators or call center, then this data will not be given.

Information for individual orders

At the bottom of the screen you can see the information for individual orders:

  • order no.
  • name and telephone number of the customer
  • email address
  • date and time of the order
  • ordered product
  • product cost
  • date of payment
  • manager, lead order
  • client acquisition channel
  • etc.

Table view

To adjust the table, click the View button at the top of the screen. The order table can be customized by adding or removing columns.

By default, the base fields are visible. To add/delete fields (columns of the table), you must add/remove the check marks in the corresponding checkboxes.

Filter

The Filter button allows you to select orders by specific criteria.

When you open the filter it looks like this:

 

Filter Fields:

Field name Description
Search by contacts or address Allows you to select orders by name, phone number or e-mail address of the customer.You can enter both the whole value or part of the value.
Order No. Search for an order by order number. The checkbox showing only prepaid orders allows you to select the orders for which the prepayment was made.
Payment status Search for orders with a specific payment status. The value is selected from the dropdown list:

  • All
  • Expected
  • Paid
  • Cancelled
  • Returned

The checkbox allows you to select only confirmed orders.

Date of submission from .. to Allows you to set the date range using the calendar
Date confirmed from .. to
Payment date from .. to
Return date from .. to
Minimum amount Allows you to select all orders for an amount equal to or greater than the specified amount
Tag Allows you to select orders with a specific tag

Products


The filter allows you to select invoices related to orders for a particular product/product category. In addition, you can specify whether to show the full order or only selected products, and whether to show bills, depending on the position of the product.

Partnership

The filter allows you to select invoices for orders received from a particular partner, or for products that have a particular co-author.

Advertising

This filter allows you to select orders in the context of advertising campaigns.

You can filter orders by:

  • channel
  • source
  • advertising company
  • an ad
  • keywords

In addition, using the radio button, you can specify whether to search by the first or the last click.

Manager

This filter allows you to select orders that are managed by a particular manager. And also choose orders with a specific call status to the customer:

  • all calls
  • at least 1 successful call
  • successful call
  • does not answer the phone
  • call back
  • already paid
  • wrong number
  • declines call

In addition, you can find orders with specific information about the customer provided by the manager during the call.

Delivery

This filter allows you to select orders by type of payment:

  • all
  • prepayment
  • C.O.D
  • courier

You can also select orders by delivery status:

  • all
  • untreated
  • sent
  • return
  • online

And by the number of the postal item.

Subscriptions

This filter allows you to select orders with/without auto-payments.

It is not necessary to fill all the fields of the filters. You must set the filter values ​​and click the Search button. The table lists the records that meet the filtering criteria. To display a complete table, click the Filter button, and then click Clear.

Order management

When you click on the number of any order in the table, you go to the Order No. … form, which allows you to manage the selected order.

Complete order information

If you click on the free space in the row of any order (for example, next to the order number, phone or email, but not on them!), then detailed information on this order will appear under the line.

The top section contains a tablet with information about calls to the client (if there are any). The message “There were no calls made on this order” appears if there were no calls.

Adding Customer Information

In addition to viewing the data, you can add information about the client here. To do this, click the Add button opposite the field with the same name. The Edit Customer Information window opens, where you can add any comments in n a custom form.

Selecting a manager

Here you can assign/change the manager responsible for the client. To do this, click on the Assign button, select the desired manager from the dropdown list in the opened window and click the Change button.

Change of partner commission

In addition, here you can change the commission payments for this particular order. By clicking on the Commission button, the Change of partner commission … window opens, where you can change the amount and send a notification to the partner about the reasons for the change.

Manage your order

Order status is clickable. Depending on the current state, the order can be canceled, confirmed, refund, delete or prepay (if provided in the product).

If the customer paid the money in a non-automated way the Paid button allows you to transfer the order to paid.

The Canceled button allows you to, for example, cancel a duplicate order.

Customer orders

The lower part of the form contains information about other orders of this customer.

By clicking on the Edit button, you will go to the Order No. … form, which allows you to manage the selected order.

If the customer has one order, then there will be an inscription “The customer has no more orders”.

Create an order

If during a phone call, the customer expressed interest in buying a product you can create an order and send it to the customer’s email. To do this, use the Create button, located above the summary table with orders.

Reminder about payment

JustClick allows you to set up an automatic series of remind letters to customers who made an order, but did not pay it. To add and edit emails, you need to click the Payment Reminders button.

Export

To export the order list, use the gear button at the top of the screen. Clicking on it will open a window with a dropdown list of possible export formats.

Available formats:

  • CSV
  • Excel
  • Web trader
  • Plain text

You must select the appropriate export format and click on it. The order file will be downloaded to the computer.

 

FAQ (answers to frequently asked questions)


If your client has not received paid materials that should come automatically after payment, you can manually resend them. For this:

  1. Click on the required account number in the Shop – Accounts section.
  2. In the opened account card, click on the button “Resend the letter” Thank you for your purchase “.

To disable auto payments for a specific client, in the Store – Orders section, enter the View button, enable the display of the status of auto payments,


and after the column with the auto payments switch appears, find the customer account and disable auto write-off for this account. To do this, slide the switch to the gray, inactive position.

Please note that both the main account administrator and an additional administrator with the appropriate rights can disable auto payments.

Go to the section “Store” – “Orders”, and using the filter on the right, select accounts for the required period, then click the gear icon on the left and export the accounts in CSV/Excel format.
